Quality policy

"At D-S Safety A / S, we consider quality as an extremely important parameter for our company's success. At the same time we define quality in addition to the pure product conditions, to cover our abilities to deliver at the right price, for us to be flexible, to comply with the delivery time and to provide good service."

D-S considers the management of quality as a means to achieve good customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have prepared a quality policy, which you can read more about here.

Quality Management System

An ISO 9001 certified quality management system does not in itself that made products of high quality - it's more a signal to the world that you have mastered the quality to make. The level of quality is defined by the company itself, so it is important that an ISO-certified company in the quality management system's performance determines this level. We have done so in the D-S Safety A / S. We consider quality as an important parameter for our company's success.

We aim for three business objectives when it comes to quality:

  1. We must by constant production engineering and hardware development to deliver products of the exact value for the right competition leading price. We have set a requirement to ourselves to be the leading m.h.t. our production technical ability, which means significant investments in modern machinery and equipment so that we can produce our products of the highest quality and at a time optimal way. This means that we can produce at an extremely competitive price, while our customers should not have trouble with defective or faulty products. This further optimizes customer installation times and costs of our products, which ultimately means that products supplied by D-S Safety A / S becomes more competitive.

  2. Customer wants and needs must constantly be paramount and our organization must be trimmed to handle this. D-S Safety A / S is a very customer-oriented company. We are clear that we live on satisfied customers, which sometimes operate in hectic market situations where fast response and adjustments are often necessary. Our organization is structured in a way which means that flexibility is a priority. This means that the reaction time from decision to action is as short as possible, which we consider as a great qualitative advantage for our customers.

  3. Delivery times must be observed in accordance with the customer. The quality of the delivery time also has high priority at D-S Safety A / S. When we work with the customer establishes a delivery schedule for a delivery, the customer can rely on the delivery schedule holder. Our delivery is usually only part of the customer's total supply, and it is important for us that our part of the total supply does not cause delays for the customer.

Testing: All subjects tested according to customers' specific wishes and we are happy to help with preparation of the draft AND THE TEST procedures and associated documentation.

Documentation: The long experience in the preparation and management of documentation means that we are able to handle the increasing demands for documentation of our finished items. The requirement for documentation is usually defined by the customer, but DS Safety A / S will always by default have a minimum of documentation thatincludesexplanation, both written and visual form with the scale of the finished product and the corresponding filing in our cloud-based database tool the customer can access.

Audits: Audits on our ISO 9001 quality management system carried out by Bureau Veritas twice a year, to check that our system is continuously updated and functional. In addition, it can be agreed with customers performed special customer-related audits, which are designed to the customer can be certain about precisely its supplies produced under the agreement. Internal Quality Policies

In D-S 'quality policies we express 7 goals and approaches to quality:

  5. Instruct your employees about quality: As a leader intheD-S you need to strengthen and maintain the employees' quality consciousness through daily management and information about new requirements,newproducts and new technology.

  6. Ask the customer: In D-S, we must ask the customer about our quality meets your expectations and requirements.

Quality and PPE

Personal Protection is covered by Executive Order no. 651 of 23 July 1992 on safety, etc. for Personal Værnemidler.Bekendtgørelsen came into force on 1 August 1992, implemented the EC Directive no. 89/686 in Danish law, with a transitional period, initially until January 1, 1993, later extended to 1 July 1995.

  • It is not possible for a manufacturer to get highly classified personal protective equipment approved without being ISO (or equivalent) certified.

  • Suppliers for D-S required compliance statements and updated test results for products ordered.

  • Incoming goods shelf life / expiration date of the application are checked and check that the instructions included.

  • Personal Protection stored in dry warehouses with climate / dehumidifiers and delivered, as a rule, to the customer in original packaging for First In / First out- principle.

Environmental policy

Environment is the natural environment as a whole, which can be affected by human activities. Economic growth and correct security solutions (for guaranteeing the protection of the client's health and values) are inextricably linked. Globalization has been driven on the basis of increased trade and business competitiveness is greatly dependent on efficient and reliable business processes.

Total security solutions in the industrialized and knowledge-based society which also takes care of and if possible impact on the environment is a necessity and a prerequisite for prosperity across the globe.

D-S feels obliged to assume its responsibility to assist in a healthy and veldrevent environment.

D-S has in the environmental field adopted policies including relates to our logistics systems, regulatory compliance, use of equipment in production and warehouse, as well as in the selection of suppliers.

  • As part of improving the environment around us, we have decided to eliminate as many products as possible that contain PVC / Vinyl.


  • D-S undertakes to create logistics and production systems with minimal resource consumption and environmental impact. Therefore further develop and improve our business concept continuously so that the Group's products and services at any time reflects environmental considerations.

  • D-S will hold an open and constructive dialogue with the authorities, customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders on the environmental aspects associated with its activities. D-S is aware of its responsibility and will always fulfill authorities.

  • Our suppliers are selected on a professional business basis, which also includes assessment of their environmental and social responsibility.

  • DS will ensure that all activities planned and carried out taking into account the individual, the work environment and the surroundings in which they are carried out and to ensure that the working environment is dynamic, so optimizing efforts and resources the best possible use to the extent that it is technically and economically possible.

  • All the activities of D-S must always be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, as well as the company put forward guidelines for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Environmental responsibility

  • D-S Safety A / S wishes in various ways to contribute to a better environment internally at work by:

  • Al combustible material (paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.) into the container for later reuse.

Employee Responsibilities
